BuyGems respects personal information on its website. Your personal data like your name and your email address may be used temporarily to generate an email or process an order, your personal data will be saved on our archives only to complete the transaction order, you can request to be deleted by our customer list in any moment simply contacting us. On our website you can choose to subscribe our newsletter to receive emails from us, with our news, coupons, offer and promo code. We will never share your email or your personal data to anyone. You can unsubscribe to our newsletter with a simple click on the link included in every email sent.
Handling & Shipping
BuyGems offer a flat rate shipment, we ship our godies worldwide via Registered Airmail service trackable online that need a signature on delivery. Delivery time estimate in 10-14 working days, sometimes less sometimes more depend on destination country.
For US customers the package can be tracked on USPS website with the tracking code provvided by BuyGems after payment.
In the shipment price is included the handling fee.
Duo to high risk of fraud we reserve the option to exclude to ship to some countries.
